Mens Pajama Pants | Nightshirts And Mens Sleepwear

I bought a ‘Sew Friendly’ arrangement from Wal-Mart yesterday for a yoke of mens or womans pajama pants. It says to use cotton or cotton blends. Would it be OK if I tempered to cheat preferably?
